## Description

CGI Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a multi-platform batch processing environment, providing Linux and Windows server administration, CONTROL M/EM support, and mission critical infrastructure maintenance for a large federal agency., Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain CONTROL M/Enterprise Manager servers, clients, and agents.
.Perform Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server maintenance, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
.Support migrations, rehosting, and software upgrades for scheduling tools and distributed systems.
.Develop and maintain automation scripts, utilities, and reporting tools to improve processing workflows.
.Identify, triage, and resolve infrastructure issues, coordinating with vendors when required.
.Monitor virtualization systems and server performance across environments.
.Ensure security compliance and enforce user access standards.
.Provide documentation, status updates, problem reports, and weekly activity summaries.
