This role is responsible for completing final installation tasks, including installing screens, hardware, and accessories, making product adjustments, and verifying proper operation of all windows and doors. The Field Install Technician conducts final walkthroughs with homeowners, educates customers on product operation and care, and addresses any questions or concerns. The technician also identifies and documents any outstanding issues, submits detailed service tickets to the Service Department, and helps ensure a seamless transition from installation to service when needed. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
