* Troubleshoot Linux, storage, hardware, and networking issues
 * Support customers through our ticketing system
 * Configure and support Linux and ZFS storage solutions
 * Work directly with customers to solve technical challenges
 * Document solutions and improve support resources
 * Collaborate with an experienced technical team
