## About the Role

* Hands-on Java full-stack (not purely managerial - must code)
 * Experience with both test automation (Selenium/Cucumber) and Java/Spring backend work - needs to credibly lead both QA and EKS workstreams
 * AWS ECS/EKS or Kubernetes/container migration exposure
 * Strong communicator - will be the single point of contact reporting progress to two separate client leads weekly
 * Fast learner / financial services or similarly regulated industry background preferred
 * Comfortable working with limited hand-holding - must self-direct against a large, partially undocumented backlog
 * Prior BFSI/financial services experience preferred
