In this strategic role, you will serve as the bridge between commercial operations and IT, architecting end-to-end solutions that integrate order-to-cash execution with advanced planning capabilities. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Data and IT leadership, as well as external partners (on-shore and off-shore) to deliver scalable digital solutions that improve service levels, optimize working capital, and enable data-driven decision-making. What You'll Get to Do Planning & O2C Solution Design and Implementation * Lead the design and deployment of SAP SD as well as S&OP solutions, translating complex business requirements and translating them into simple, practical and scalable system architectures focused on business results and adoption. * Configure core Order-to-Cash capabilities including order management, pricing, billing, logistics execution, and credit management. * Enable end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes. * Drive full lifecycle implementations, including solution design, integration testing, data orchestration, and deployment. Integration & Data Strategy Enablement * Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA SD and other IBP solutions. * Design and optimize data flows, integration touchpoints, and master data governance across platforms. * Leverage SAP integration technologies (e.g., CPI-DS, SDI) to enable real-time planning and execution alignment. Planning Transformation & Business Optimization * Lead S&OP transformation initiatives toward an integrated, cross-functional IBP framework. * Enhance commercial excellence by optimizing order-to-cash performance and customer fulfillment capabilities. * Enable scenario modeling and what-if analysis to support executive decision-making and financial optimization.
