As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and providing technical leadership on Salesforce projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem and drive digital transformation. Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: * Develop and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. * Design robust, flexible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party applications. * Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and DevOps strategies. * Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations on Salesforce configurations, customizations, and enhancements. Technical Leadership & Development: * Provide technical expertise and leadership to developers, administrators, and other stakeholders. * Guide the implementation of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. * Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. * Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards. Business Collaboration & Strategy: * Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. * Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, IT) to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
