The team's goal is to help organizations transition from "What happened?" to "What should I do now?" by surfacing clear, action-driven recommendations. * Architect an "Always-On" Foundation: You own the critical core services Identity, Permissions, and Multi-tenancy. You will lead Tech Leads to build a high-resiliency IAM capability that serves as the bedrock for our platform. If this layer fails, road safety will stop, and you will lead the team that ensures it doesn't * Drive AI-First Engineering: You will set rigorous AI-driven engineering standards, leveraging Generative AI to accelerate your team's velocity. Lead your Tech Leads in adopting an AI-centric SDLC to maintain a leadership position in productivity. * Mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads. Build leadership, instill ownership, learning, and craftsmanship. * Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and predictable delivery.
