## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
 * Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning and sprint management
 * Experience working with ServiceNow
 * Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

 * Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification
 * Experience supporting CMDB, ITSM, or enterprise technology initiatives
 * Experience working within large enterprise or financial services environments
 * Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices
 * Experience coaching Agile teams and mentoring team members
 * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

An established financial services organization is seeking a Scrum Master to support a high-visibility remote initiative. This role will lead Agile delivery efforts, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help drive effective sprint execution across cross-functional teams., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

 * Coach the team on Scrum practices and Agile principles to support consistent delivery
 * Identify, troubleshoot, and remove impediments that affect productivity and sprint progress
 * Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and achieve project milestones
 * Track sprint progress, team metrics, and work items using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
