## About the Role

* 2-3+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, Structured Cabling, or Field Services.
 * Hands-on experience with fiber optic and copper cabling.
 * Experience using cabling hand tools and testing equipment.
 * Basic understanding of networking and data center infrastructure.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Willingness to travel 100% and work overtime/weekends when required.

Preferred Skills

 * OTDR testing
 * Fusion or Mechanical Splicing
 * BICSI certification (preferred but not required)
 * Experience supporting enterprise or hyperscale data centers

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance).
 * Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and active data center environments.

## Description

* Install, route, terminate, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling.
 * Perform cable testing, loopback testing, and circuit verification.
 * Rack, stack, install, and decommission servers, switches, and other network equipment.
 * Support data center moves, adds, changes, and infrastructure upgrades.
 * Install cable trays, patch panels, and maintain proper cable management.
 * Read and follow network diagrams and installation documentation.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of installations and network paths.
 * Follow all safety standards and customer site procedures.
 * Work closely with project managers, engineers, and customer teams.
