## Description

* Own the environment and infrastructure roadmap for core CX platforms, including Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, BigQuery, Looker, ServiceNow, identity management, and connectivity dependencies.
 * Design and implement platform reliability, observability, backup, access control, and resilience measures that improve system stability and reduce operational risk.
 * Govern the deployment of connectors and environment configurations across development, test, staging, and production.
 * Coordinate with security, architecture, and support teams to ensure platforms remain robust, compliant, scalable, and supportable.
 * Partner with engineering, project management, and operations teams to align technical capabilities with service goals and release readiness.
 * Support cloud networking, IAM, monitoring, environment administration, and platform supportability.
