Travel to marine dealers to serve as a guide to enhance dealer service efforts. Visit new marine dealers to build understanding of Honda Marine operations in all product support phases and clarify dealer responsibilities to Honda Marine and the mutual customer. Educate dealership personnel in all service-related departments on Honda Marine policies, procedures, general operations, and product technical items. Support Marine Techline activities on a scheduled basis. Retrieve marketplace information about Honda product performance to help improve future products.
