Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and querying languages, particularly SQL.

## Description

Collect, clean, and analyse complex datasets from various sources related to our client services and community programmes.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and programme outcomes.

Interpret data and identify significant trends or patterns to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with programme managers and leadership to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.

Prepare comprehensive reports and compelling data visualisations for internal stakeholders, funders, and grant applications.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all data collected and managed by the organisation.

Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
