## About the Role

* 8 years of progressive management experience in IT organizations, including multi-site operations and onshore/offshore teams and vendor management and negotiation.
 * 10 years of technical experience in IT, enterprise architecture, and relevant tools and platforms.
 * Proven track record developing innovative IT applications and integrating with security and engineering groups.
 * Hands-on and collaborative approach to establishing a cost-effective company-wide IT strategy.
 * Direct experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools, and hands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and/or Azure.
 * Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 3+ years of working experience in the healthcare field, including familiarity with HIPAA.
 * Direct experience with FedRAMP and GDPR.
