## About the Role

Abington College Advising Center is seeking applicants for part-time job of Administrative Support., * Excellent computer skills: MS Suite including Excel, Word, One Drive.

 * Experience with databases- the ability to search and find student data.
 * Good customer service skills.
 * Experience posting on social media.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $17.00/hour

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

## Description

* Helping to schedule advising appointments.
 * Assisting with NSO advising database.
 * Answering phones, working with walk-in questions.
 * Assistance with social media posts.
