Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to train teammates. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. * Project management skills with experience leading and supporting projects involving multiple business units. ## Description * Write and edit high-quality and engaging operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and LPL Financial's brand in style and tone. * Publish and manage content across multiple platforms for various audience personas; conduct ongoing audits of content to ensure information is accurate and relevant. * Manage complex content projects with multiple work streams; coordinate content and communication strategy discussions with key project stakeholders. * Closely partner with departments across the firm to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on content goals and opportunities. * Independently manage daily assignments and participate in the peer review quality control process. * Leverage analytics to evaluate effectiveness of content and uncover opportunities for content improvement. * Actively participate, and at times lead, team, project and/or business process meetings. * Serve as a content management Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist in training teammates. * Partner with Technology and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test script creation, and troubleshooting defects within content management systems. * Write and edit high-quality and engaging technical and operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and LPL Financial's brand in style and tone.
