5+ years of experience in enterprise network systems engineering

 * Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and Cisco NAC
 * Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and voice system administration
 * Experience with SolarWinds NMS and ServiceNow ITSM integration
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Teams voice services (Direct Routing preferred)
 * Understanding of network security frameworks and access control policies
 * CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Collaboration certification preferred
