## Description

We are looking for a Computer Operations Specialist to support our team out of our Tampa, FL Location.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to all hardware and software, including phone system, servers, client workstations, WindowsOS and Microsoft applications'
 * Analyze and resolve end-user requests in a timely manner
 * Serve as a "Help Desk" resource and document all problems and resolutions
 * Assist with support and administration of company ERP systems
 * Assist with IT Ticketing Systems and documentation
 * Provide timely escalation for issues.
 * Proactively monitor all critical software systems and take corrective action when necessary
 * Monitor data circuit connections and take corrective action in the event of an outage or service degradation
 * 'Maintain network security including wired and wireless network
 * Keep Sr. Staff and IT Manager informed of all activities and status
 * Configure, troubleshoot and resolve issues for all Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices
 * Test and apply patches required to maintain system security and reliability
 * Maintain and document inventory of IT equipment
 * Install, move or change computer equipment, phones, printers, security cameras, fax machines, etc.
 * Install, move or change operating systems, software packages, and desktop applications for new and current employees
 * Maintain documentation of all IT-related PowerShell and similar scripts and other key functions
 * Maintain EDR protection for all systems and devices
