Item Change Notice (ICN) Management * Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Item Change Notice (ICN) process. * Serve as the process owner for all product, packaging, formula, specification, supplier, and system changes requiring an ICN. * Coordinate the review, approval, and implementation of changes across all impacted departments. * Ensure changes are accurately documented, communicated, approved, and implemented according to established procedures. * Track ICN status, implementation timelines, and completion metrics. * Manage change-related risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to operations and customers. System and Master Data Management * Maintain alignment of product-related master data between Cary manufacturing systems and Do it Best systems. * Execute system updates associated with new products, product modifications, packaging changes, formula revisions, and item maintenance activities. Cross-Functional Change Coordination * Act as the central point of contact for product changes affecting the Cary facility. * Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure awareness of upcoming product launches and changes. * Lead change review meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product setup, change management, implementation cycle times, and process effectiveness. * Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and improve cross-functional execution.
