* 7-10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience
 * Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

 * Operations Efficiency
 + Network and Field Operations
 + Customer Care and Sales
 + Supply Chain & Logistics
 * IT
 + Telecom IT Strategy & Road Mapping
 + OSS/BSS Assessments and Builds

How you will contribute

 * Leads teams on complex projects by: setting clear direction, establishing clear expectations, ensuring quality of client / project team deliverable development
 * Decomposes complex issues, frames solution design and architects deliverables against SOW requirements
 * Ensures deliverables are complete, error free, communicated clearly and on time
 * Rapidly develops understanding of client's business
 * Anticipates, assesses and identifies areas of potential risk and issues, and develops mitigation plans
 * Actively seeks to find current client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M
 * Actively promotes a positive and inclusive team environment that embraces the unique attributes of all team members
 * Coaches others to act and deliver in the best interests of our clients
