The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key qualifications include:

 * Proven professional experience in a software engineering role.
 * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
 * Solid experience with database technologies, including SQL.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
 * Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be a significant advantage.
 * Familiarity with ERP systems or design-to-manufacturing software is desirable but not essential.

## Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing our technological capabilities. Key duties include:

 * Designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust and scalable software applications to support internal business processes.
 * Maintaining and improving existing software systems, including our order management, inventory, and production scheduling platforms.
 * Collaborating with our design and manufacturing teams to analyse requirements and create technical solutions that streamline workflows.
 * Integrating our custom software with third-party tools, such as CAD/CAM programs and ERP systems, to ensure seamless data flow.
 * Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects and operational issues in a timely manner.
 * Developing and managing databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
 * Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all software projects.
