## About the Role

(Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have significant Node.js and MongoDB.)

 * 10+ years of professional software development experience
 * Significant experience with Node.js for server-side development
 * Strong programming experience with MongoDB database management and operations
 * Knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment
 * Experience with healthcare applications and healthcare IT systems preferred
 * Knowledge of Mirth Connect integration engine is a strong plus
 * Experience with automated deploy and delivery including Docker, etc.
 * Understanding of functional and event-driven programming
 * Understanding of core Linux systems
 * Understanding of networking, protocols, and API architecture
 * BS, MS in Computer Science, Applied Math or related Engineering fields preferred
 * Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm optimization
 * Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
 * Can translate user inputs to software requirements and design specifications and effectively communicate with team members
 * Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle
 * Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
