* A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

 * Demonstrated professional experience in supporting IT environments.

 * Demonstrated hands-on experience using scripting for task automation, data transfer, etc.

 * Monitor application and operating system performance; analyze, document and remediate incidents.

## Description

Whiteboard Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide mission-critical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and system engineering personnel to document, coordinate, and communicate releases., * Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures.

 * Experience maintaining cloud/on-prem hybrid architectures.

 * Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

 * Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows).

 * Experience managing security and policies.

 * Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

 * Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology.
