They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. With strong mentoring abilities and a commitment to best practices, they drive operational excellence and elevate team performance in fast-paced Agile environments., * Design, code, test, and debug applications and components that meet defined technical specifications and business requirements. * Collaborate closely with lead engineers to develop optimal technical designs and approaches for new product development. * Work with Business Analysts on requirements development and may assist with estimation. * Promote and enforce best practices in software development and documentation, ensuring solutions meet requirements and are delivered on schedule. * Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, recommend alternative approaches, and guide engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines. * Support operational excellence: build, deploy, monitor, and operate production services. * Mentor and support the professional growth of other software engineers., The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive.
