Physical Requirements/Work Environment * Typical office environment. ## Description A Systems Administrator (Windows Active Directory) will ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of Windows systems and applications within HQ USINDOPACOM networks. Managing over 150 servers across various security levels, this role involves patching, monitoring, log analysis, and collaboration with developers to enhance workflows. Roles and Responsibilities * A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to: * Maintain, update, and secure Windows systems and applications. * Support critical HQ USINDOPACOM systems. * Ensure compliance with DoD and USINDOPACOM security standards. * Analyze processes and systems for improvements and automation. * Utilize SPLUNK and WhatsUp-Gold for log analysis and asset monitoring. * Manage patching and DoD PKI certificates. * Administer Intune and Ivanti for patching, configuration, and security. * Configure systems within the USINDOPACOM Endpoint Security Solutions architecture. * Create and maintain custom scripts. * Manage Windows Active Directory environments and provide status reports. * Implement backup and restore procedures. * Test and execute Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans. * Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation. * Offer after-hours and weekend support as needed. * Provide Monthly Status Reports. ## Related Videos - [Security Pitfalls for Software Engineers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/726-security-pitfalls-for-software-engineers) - [JavaScript?
