Experience and Skills Required: * Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility for SAP S/4 Order to Cash and satellite applications. * Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, including but not limited to SD and Revenue Recognition. * Proven experience delivering credit management, pricing, billing, and invoicing integrations. * Strong understanding of commercial and financial reporting (sales, revenue, margin, open orders, inventory). * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior Finance and business leaders. * Experience operating in a regulated, SOX-compliant environment. Preferred: * Experience designing and delivering large, global S/4HANA order to cash implementations * Experience in medical device, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. * Experience delivering AI enabled solutions that drive quantifiable ROI and business value. * Strong vendor and system integrator management experience. * Experience with advanced analytics and reporting tools integrated with SAP. * Change management and business process optimization experience.
