This cross-functional role supports quality initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field service teams, driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Ensures that quality and safety are embedded throughout the product design lifecycle. This role works closely with design engineering teams to review the design and perform RCCA for product and process ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. The position combines technical expertise in electronics design with strong quality assurance principles to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant products. * Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities to ensure quality is built into products from the planning stage to design release phase. * Develop and maintain quality verification plans for new products development. * Review design, verification results and apply Safety requirements to ensure product and system Safety compliance throughout the product life cycle. * Collaborate with design engineering to ensure the maturity of quality of the products from initial production.
