 * Experience building fintech or banking web applications.
 * Familiarity with multi-channel notification systems (SMS, push, RCS).
 * Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) in financial services contexts.

## Description

The Senior Web Developer builds and maintains the web portal using React for Web, delivering a unified branded experience that shares a codebase with the mobile application. This engineer focuses on the enrollment flow, Tracker interface, and the broader web experience for the different Wallet tiers-ensuring seamless, accessible interactions designed for rapid user adoption., * Develop the web portal using React for Web from a shared codebase with the mobile app.

 * Build and optimize the '3-click/30-second' enrollment flow in close collaboration with the UX/UI Designer.
 * Implement Wallet user flows across the web platform.
 * Integrate with backend Java/Spring Boot APIs for real-time paycheck data, account management, and transaction history.
 * Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards are met.
 * Collaborate with the Senior Mobile Developer to maintain codebase consistency and feature parity.
 * Write unit and component-level tests; support QA engineers in identifying and resolving UI defects.
 * Optimize web performance for fast initial load and smooth interactions in financial dashboard contexts.
