## About the Role

* A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management is preferred but not required
 * Proficient experience and training in hardware and software installations, updating systems, and troubleshooting techniques are required.
 * Customer Service experience of 1+ year is desired
 * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
 * Must be well organized
 * Knowledge of software like AutoDesk, MacOS, Azure, SharePoint, Zoom Phone, SQL, Syteline, CRM, NinjaRMM, ERP programs is a plus.
 * Team player
 * Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
 * Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test

## Description

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting IT professional to assist in covering all our divisions., * Server room, End User, and other tech equipment updates, installations, and troubleshooting

 * System Administration
 * Remote assistance for off-site employees
 * Knowledge of ERP Software (Syteline and Acumatica) and SQL Server
 * Work with all employees to expand their knowledge of computer systems
 * Help with computer security and keep current in all electronic security issues
 * Performs other assignments under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager
 * Amount of time spent doing IT and ERP administration tasks 50/50
 * Other duties as assigned
