 * Experience leading technical delivery for teams of 3-6 engineers

 * Hands-on experience building enterprise-level solutions within iterative development methodologies and Agile frameworks
 * Experience with sprint planning, estimation, and delivery forecasting

Software Engineering Best Practices

 * Proficiency with industry-standard development practices including automated testing frameworks, continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and configuration management tools
 * Experience establishing and maintaining engineering standards for a team

Quality Assurance & Testing

 * Ability to develop comprehensive end-to-end tests using Playwright with TypeScript, along with integration and performance testing capabilities
 * Experience defining testing strategies and ensuring team-wide adoption of quality practices

DevOps & CI/CD

 * Strong experience implementing continuous integration and deployment workflows using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
 * Ability to optimize pipeline performance and establish deployment best practices

Cloud Architecture & AWS Services

 * Expertise in designing and implementing event-driven architectures leveraging:
 * Messaging services (SQS/SNS)
 * Serverless computing (AWS Lambda)
 * API Gateway, Step Functions
 * Data storage solutions (S3, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB)
 * Container orchestration (ECS)

Required Skills :
