## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
 * 8+ years of Agile delivery experience and 5+ years supporting scaled Agile enterprise programs.
 * Must have an active Secret clearance.
 * Experience coordinating multiple Agile product teams.
 * SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

## Description

The Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise U.S. Air Force logistics and maintenance systems that enable global mission readiness and sustainment operations., * Serve as the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train.

 * Coordinate execution across product teams, shared services, release activities, dependency management, and Program Increment operations.
 * Ensure Agile execution stays aligned across FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, integration, testing, and operational support.
 * Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, dependency resolution, Inspect-and-Adapt activities, metrics reviews, and release coordination.
 * Track backlog health, sprint predictability, migration sequencing, sustainment demands, and operational risks.
 * Assess cross-team impacts that could affect release stability, operational readiness, cloud migration sequencing, or mission support continuity.
