## About the Role

* Must have skills: Enterprise technology project management (project planning, milestones, RAID management, governance, and delivery tracking)
 * Vendor and consulting partner coordination
 * Automation/RPA or enterprise systems implementation experience (UiPath experience is highly preferred)
 * 2-4+ years of IT Project Management experience
 * Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendor coordination
 * Strong experience with: Enterprise technology implementations, Project planning and delivery, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Status reporting and project governance
 * PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
 * Experience with: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably UiPath, Enterprise system integrations, Automation implementations, Software testing/UAT, Consulting partner coordination
 * Healthcare or highly regulated environments (preferred but not required)
 * Education: Bachelor''s degree

## Description

* Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
 * Coordinate cross-functional business, IT, and third-party vendor teams.
 * Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.
 * Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
 * Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate project progress.
 * Coordinate requirements gathering, testing/UAT, implementation planning, and go-live activities.
 * Ensure adherence to project governance, operational standards, and project closure best practices.
 * Manage vendor relationships and facilitate issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
