* HTML & CSS Proficiency: Strong hands on ability to build and maintain external facing web components
* Multilingual Capability - Fluency in one or more of: Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Polish, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Romanian, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Danish, Croatian, Serbian, Norwegian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Filipino, Malay, Urdu, Finnish, Catalan, Hebrew, Hungarian, Latvian, Estonian, Bengali, or Slovenian
* English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (fluent written and verbal communication)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
* SQL: Working knowledge for data extraction and analysis
* Google Workspace expertise: Proficiency with G Sheets for data analysis and reporting
* Core competencies: Excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication, * 2-3+ years of experience in operations or project management
* Background in administrative operations
* Experience with Google applications ecosystem
* Python proficiency

## Description

As a Developer - Project Coordinator, you'll be at the intersection of technical implementation and operational excellence, directly impacting our advertising performance through careful monitoring, strategic problem solving, and technical expertise.
What You'll Do:
You'll own a diverse portfolio of responsibilities that leverage your technical skills and attention to detail:
Core Technical Responsibilities:
* Design and implement external facing surveys and web interfaces using HTML and CSS (a cornerstone of this role)
* Develop efficient database queries to extract and analyze data that drives decision making
* Monitor key metrics and generate insightful daily reports
* Support data collection, labeling, and analysis initiatives
Operational & Project Management:
* Manage administrative workflows and user accounts with precision and minimal oversight
* Triage, escalate, and resolve problem reports with a solutions-focused mindset
* Conduct internal workflow reviews and maintain quality audits
* Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance quality and operational efficiency
* Provide mentoring and training to team members, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Communicate proactively with management and clients about emerging issues
* Participate in weekly team syncs and ad-hoc training sessions
* Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and changing requirements
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation
