We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to join our growing team., * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

 * 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
 * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
 * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with CRM and customer analytics.
 * Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
 * Familiarity with cloud data platforms is an advantage.
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

## Description

As a Remote Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to help drive informed decision-making across multiple departments. You will create reports, build dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve business performance., * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

 * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
 * Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
 * Create data visualizations for executive and operational teams.
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
 * Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams.
 * Maintain data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy.
 * Support ad hoc analysis and business initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
