## Description

The Senior IT Architect owns the overall design of Cross Insurance's IT operational systems, with a primary focus on cloud infrastructure and enterprise-level AI adoption. This role sets technical direction for scalable, secure, and integrated architecture as the organization grows, partnering closely with IT Operations, Security, and Development teams., * Design and govern enterprise-wide IT architecture, including cloud infrastructure, integration patterns, and system scalability

 * Lead architectural strategy for enterprise AI adoption, including tooling evaluation, platform integration, and governance/compliance considerations
 * Partner with IT Operations leadership to align infrastructure design with day-to-day operational needs and reliability requirements
 * Evaluate and recommend infrastructure and platform investments
 * Establish architecture standards, documentation, and best practices across IT and development teams
 * Serve as a technical bridge between systems administration, development, and business stakeholders
