Are you able to commute daily? * Do you have previous experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider)? If yes, how many years? * How would you describe your proficiency with Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange, Entra/Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint)? * How many clients/tenants have you supported simultaneously in a previous role? ## Description This is a hands-on role supporting diverse client environments, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working directly with clients in a professional, trusted-advisor capacity. What you'll do: * Support client infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, and cloud platforms * Monitor and support backup and recovery platforms * Independently diagnose and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and security issues * Maintain ownership of issues through resolution to ensure operational stability * Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the support lifecycle * Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to solve problems.
