 * Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.

Additional Information

 * Candidates must be willing to participate in an interview process and complete a technical coding assessment.
 * Internship experience may be considered when relevant to the role.

## Description

TRC is seeking a skilled Programmer/Application Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automation solutions. This role focuses on creating high-quality software tools, streamlining business processes, and integrating enterprise data systems using Microsoft technologies and modern programming languages., * Develop and maintain applications using C#, C++, Python, and related technologies.

 * Design and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
 * Create and maintain custom tools and workflows to improve business processes.
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, data integrations, and reporting solutions.
 * Design user-friendly applications and business process flows.
 * Integrate data across enterprise systems, including SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
 * Apply software engineering best practices, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software design principles.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot, test, and enhance existing applications and automation workflows.
