## About the Role

* High school diploma or GED (experience may be substituted)
 * HVAC installation experience, with residential HVAC experience being preferred)
 * Knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and airflow principles
 * Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
 * Basic computer skills (tablets, laptops, documentation systems)
 * A valid driver's license
 * Ability to travel between job sites, work overtime, and the occasional weekend
 * Ability to work at heights, on a ladder, wear PPE, and lift/move 50 lbs.

Ideally, you also possess:

 * HVAC trade school certification (experience may be substituted)
 * 2+ years of residential HVAC installation or service experience
 * EPA Certification (can be obtained during employment)
 * Experience with system start-up, commissioning, or quality control processes
