## About the Role

* Experience supporting enterprise AV or workplace technology environments
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware and software
 * Experience supporting conference room technology and collaboration platforms
 * Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced corporate environment
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills

## Description

We're partnering with a well-known retail organization to hire an AV/IT Systems Engineer to support enterprise workplace technology and modern audiovisual systems across a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting live technology environments, and working with the latest AV solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving workplace collaboration technology, digital signage, meeting spaces, and event support across the site.

Responsibilities:

 * Support and troubleshoot enterprise AV and workplace technology
 * Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing systems
 * Install, upgrade, and support digital signage and video wall solutions
 * Provide AV support for meetings, presentations, and corporate events
 * Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, and network issues
 * Partner with vendors on installations and system upgrades
 * Improve the reliability and performance of enterprise AV systems
 * Maintain technical documentation and system standards
