This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, user support, and technology vendors while also overseeing organizational reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new technologies, managing vendor relationships, and leveraging data to improve operational performance across multiple skilled nursing facilities., * Information Technology * Serve as the primary IT resource for ALIYA Healthcare's corporate office and skilled nursing facilities. * Manage the relationship with the organization's outsourced IT vendor, ensuring timely issue resolution and project completion. * Coordinate the setup, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other technology equipment. * Configure technology for new hires, including computers, phones, user accounts, email access, and system permissions. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues while escalating complex issues as appropriate. * Manage user access, system security, passwords, and account provisioning across multiple platforms. * Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. * Oversee IT asset inventory, equipment lifecycle, and technology purchasing. * Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation. * Support technology implementations, upgrades, and system integrations across the organization.
