Performance-Driven KPIs & Expectations ## Description We are seeking an operational, detail-oriented mid-grade Field Engineer to manage on-site technical diagnostics, electromechanical maintenance, and digital workflow configurations for multi-function printer (MFD) fleets. Reporting directly to our regional branch office, you will operate across an assigned territory corridor in the greater Chicagoland area, serving as our core field touchpoint-resolving active equipment component failures, performing critical upkeep calibrations, and mapping devices safely onto customer networks.
