## About the Role

* Minimum 8 years of hands-on PeopleSoft Financials functional and technical experience.
 * Experience in at least 2 peoplesoft upgrade projects - Peopletools and Image upgrade.
 * Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable
 * (AR), Billing (BI), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Asset Management (AM), Cash
 * Management (CM), and Franchise Billing (FB).
 * Skilled in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions for complex technical and functional problems.
 * Expertise in PeopleTools, SQL, and other utilities, with focus areas in Payables, Receivables, Billing,
 * General Ledger, Purchasing etc.
 * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams and vendors to ensure upgrades are completed on schedule and within budget.
 * Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including installation and configuration guides, upgrade plans, testing strategies, and user manuals.
 * Experience in production support, including monitoring and troubleshooting batch processes, managing job schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents and performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Good understanding of software engineering practices and support processes.
 * Understanding of various business processes
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
