## About the Role

* C#.NET y troubleshooting de aplicaciones
 * Oracle y SQL Server (operación, rendimiento, jobs/batches)
 * AWS (operación y conectividad)
 * Terraform (cambios IaC controlados cuando aplique)
 * Power BI (consumo/reporting si el cliente habilita fuentes)
 * Incident Management (L2/L3): restauración del servicio, contención, comunicación y documentación de evidencias (pasos/logs/timestamps) y workaround.
 * Service Requests y operación recurrente bajo procedimientos definidos.
 * Event/Monitoring follow-up: tratamiento de eventos relevantes que generan ticket.
 * Change Management operativo (standard/normal/emergency) con control de riesgo, ventana, rollback y validación post-cambio.
 * Problem Management: RCA, known errors/KEDB y acciones correctivas y preventivas.
 * Mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo: housekeeping, expiraciones, jobs/batches, revisión de alertas recurrentes; hotfix/parches mediante Change con rollback/validación; actualización de runbooks y registro en ticketing.
 * Capacidad para realizar handover a backlog (si requiere cambio de código) creando requerimiento/story trazable y enlazado al ticket de ITSM., * Mentalidad "restore-first": contención rápida + remediación definitiva planificada (Change o backlog), manteniendo trazabilidad entre herramientas.
 * Rigor de evidencias y cierre: no cerrar sin validación acordada y evidencias mínimas (pasos, logs, causa, workaround).
 * Trabajo en equipo tipo "swarm" para incidencias Critical/High y colaboración con el SPOC/Coordinador-PMO.
 * Orientación a estabilidad y continuidad (equipo estable para preservar conocimiento funcional adquirido).
 * Soporte bilingüe inglés/castellano para cobertura del mercado de Portugal (coordinación remota, sin necesidad de onsite en PT).

Modalidad de trabajo: híbrido 2 días en Madrid durante los 2 primeros meses y después 100% en remoto.
Requisitos
Mínimo 5 años en el stack indicado:
