Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited organization.Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite.Experience with Conference Room Technology and Smart Whiteboards. ## Description Job Summary:Client is seeking a Senior IT/OT Deskside Technician to provide onsite IT support at our Norcross office and support our upcoming office relocation to Alpharetta. This is a 9-week, full-time temporary assignment focused on desktop support, on-site user support and move-related assistance during the office transition. Candidates must possess reliable transportation. In this role, you will: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 11), network, mobile devices and across a range of applications while providing White-glove support.Evaluate hardware to determine if it goes to new office or be e-wasted.Lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 lbs. Tear down and setup of equipment. Assist with support of our Credit team on site at Norcross while setting up new office in Alpharetta.Set up employee workspaces, including laptops, desk phones, and conference room AV equipment.
