The Manager of the IT Project Management Office develops, establishes, executes, leads, collaborates and communicates to drive agile delivery of both IT and business submitted technical projects/programs. This position leads a team of IT Program and Project Managers that is responsible for project managing and delivery of the IEHP enterprise technology project portfolio. This role ensures appropriate resource and budget allocations, project planning completion, project intake, oversight, collaborative sprint and scrum management, and agile methodology application., 1. Ensure appropriate resources and budget allocations, project planning completion, project intake, oversight, collaborative sprint and scrum management, and agile methodology application to the IT Project Portfolio. 2. Mentor, coach and lead all Program and Project Managers. 3. Ensure project Dashboard (Planview) and ADO standards are maintained and project data is available in near real time for leader status review and EPR portfolio presentation. 4. Manage project/program managers and project teams with effective communication and coordination. 5. Lead retro analysis of project practices and team practices, define and implement continuous improvements to increase the velocity and quality of IT Agile processes for maximum productivity. 6. Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance. 7. Work with the team leads to resolve problems and project roadblocks. 8. Support product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope. 9. Maintain team data resources and hours allocations in project management software to support estimates and execution. 10. Lead retro analysis of project practices and team practices, define and implement continuous improvements to increase the velocity and quality of IT Agile processes for maximum productivity. 11.
