The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with complex integrations, advanced scripting, CSDM, Employee Center, and CMDB-related development. This role collaborates closely with ITSM, HR, Security, Infrastructure, Application Support, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development & Configuration * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. * Build custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and notifications. * Develop and modify Service Catalog items, record producers, and fulfillment workflows. * Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset, and SAM modules. * Utilize ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor to build automation. Integration & API Development * Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and platform-native tools. * Implement advanced integration patterns, including mid-server, scripted APIs, and web services. * Support and enhance Workday ServiceNow integrations (HR & Employee Center use cases). * Work with external systems using ServiceNow APIs and connection utilities. Data, CMDB & CSDM * Design, maintain, and enhance CMDB datasets and relationships. * Apply and extend CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB and service mapping issues. * Ensure accurate data modeling aligned with enterprise architecture. Employee Center & Portal Development * Develop and optimize Employee Center pages, widgets, and experiences. * Work with themes, branding, UI scripts, and Service Portal enhancements. System Administration & Maintenance * Perform system upgrades, patches, and instance maintenance. * Monitor and optimize platform performance. * Manage user access, ACLs, and roles in compliance with security policies.
