This role will provide hands-on technical leadership across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Analytics, Marketo, and related digital platforms, helping deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer experiences across more than 100 countries. As a key technical leader, you will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, UX teams, and Engineering Managers to translate business requirements and solution designs into robust technical implementations. You will mentor development teams, establish engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and champion quality, performance, accessibility, and innovation across Waters' digital platforms.
