Supervisory Responsibility This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities. Working conditions Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. The role requires daily use of computers, ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital collaboration tools to communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Frequent phone, email, and virtual meeting interactions are required. Physical Demands This role requires regular communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms. The position is primarily office-based and sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds may be required. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed to support customers and project deadlines. We also offer the flexibility to work remotely on an occasional basis or while traveling, as business needs allow., * Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical distribution, power distribution equipment, technical sales, applications engineering, or related industries. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent technical, construction, or manufacturing work experience * Prior leadership, supervisory, or team development experience preferred. * Ability to travel up to 20% to visit supplier locations, company facilities, customer sites, industry events, or other business-related functions as needed. * Ability to obtain TWIC Card, safety certifications, and pass applicable drug/background check(s) as required for entry into customer/supplier facilities. ## Description The Power Solutions Group Manager provides group leadership and direction while remaining actively engaged in the preparation of quotations, proposal development, technical consultation, and opportunity management.
