During the first year, this position will primarily focus on the design and delivery of a new LIMS modernization program in its initial planning and discovery phase. The ideal candidate will bring strong thought leadership, strategic thinking, solution design expertise, and the ability to translate healthcare and laboratory operational needs into scalable technical solutions. This role will partner closely with laboratory operations, healthcare stakeholders, quality assurance, product owners, architects, and development teams to define the future-state LIMS environment.
