(Preferred) * Prior professional experience handling healthcare operations software or workflows (e.g., Environmental Services, Patient Transport, clinical workflows). (Preferred) * Specialized experience building high-availability offline sync engines and role-based access controls (RBAC) optimized for non-technical frontline operators. (Preferred) ## Description We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the architectural evolution of the in-house integrated Information and healthcare facilities management mobile platform, which includes business-critical operational applications such as eScheduler, Mobile Inspections, and Mobile Maintenance. They will function as a hands-on technical leader responsible for modernizing our mobile ecosystem by migrating legacy applications to contemporary frameworks, implementing enterprise-grade security controls, and supporting workflows used daily by frontline healthcare personnel. They will work closely with a small, highly experienced development team to elevate engineering practices and maintain platform reliability., * Lead the development, scaling, and architectural modernization of the in-house Information and healthcare facilities management mobile application suite across both iOS and Android platforms. * Migrate existing Xamarin.
