## Description

You will work directly with Clients, solve real software and accounting problems, test new features, train users, work with our programmers and staff, and occasionally travel throughout the United States and Canada., * Help Clients solve software, accounting, inventory, and operational questions.

 * Communicate by email, phone, and video meetings.
 * Work directly with NewBOS programmers.
 * Test software updates and new features.
 * Train Clients and help improve their processes.
 * Use Excel, AI, and other tools to automate repetitive work.
 * Travel as needed for implementations, training, and special projects.
